6 Teams Who Flunked Last Year

The NFL Players Association released their annual team report cards yesterday. And while I’m generally a positive person (good job, Dolphins!), it’s much more fun to go through the teams who failed in certain categories. Below, I’ve rounded up every “F” grade across the entire report… | ![]() Pete Overzet |
Which Teams Failed A Class?
Arizona Cardinals: Locker Room (F-) & Weight Room (F)
“Only 24% of the players believe that the overall locker room size is adequate, ranking the Cardinals 32 out of 32 teams.”
In defense of the organization, half the offense is the size of a large sixth grader. Why waste space?
Cincinnati Bengals: Treatment of Families (F-) & Food/Dining Area (F)
The Bengals are “one of only 3 teams that do not offer daycare during home games” and one of only two teams in the league who “does not provide three meals a day.”
I’m picturing Ja’Marr Chase chasing around his son with some beef jerky in his hand in between plays. Let’s step it up, Cincinnati.
Cleveland Browns: Locker Room (F-)
I’m not looking this up, but I’m going to assume the summary just says: “Because Deshaun Watson was in it.”
Denver Broncos: Locker Room (F)
Only “42% of players feel the locker room size is adequate, ranking the Broncos 30 out of 32 teams.”
Rumors are Sean Payton made Marvin Mims and Troy Franklin share a locker.
Jacksonville Jaguars: Treatment of Families (F)
“Players believe that many changes need to be made. They would like more access to sideline passes so they can see their families pregame.”
Look, you either care about your family or you pledge allegiance to Duuuuuuuuuuval. There’s no room for both on this team.
New England Patriots: Weight Room (F)
“The players feel that the weight room equipment is below average, ranking them 32 out of 32 teams.”
Now we know why the Patriots finished as PFF’s worst offensive line in 2024—all they have are a handful of Shake Weights in there.
Washington Commanders: Locker Room (F)
“37% of players report ongoing plumbing problems in the locker room.”
And here we thought they got rid of all the shit when Dan Snyder left.

NFL News With A Fantasy Spin: Worried About Who’s Not Throwing At The NFL Combine?
It’s NFL Combine Week, and so much of the news from around the league is centered in Indianapolis. Shedeur Sanders, Cam Ward, and the quarterbacks who will—and will not—be throwing has become a talking point, but are these players just following what other top QB prospects have done in the past?
Kendall Valenzuela runs through three big NFL news items, including a potential comeback and what the Falcons might do with Kirk Cousins before next season. Could he really be a high-priced backup to Michael Penix? It’s all right here. 👇🏼
Ian’s Free Agency Wish List For All AFC Teams
It may be NFL Combine Week, but we know that the assembled NFL GMs and front office members are going to be having many discussions, whether with one another and with agents. It’s all laying the groundwork for trades and free agent signings that could and will happen over the next month or so. Ian Hartitz rubbed the genie lamp to grant one wish for every AFC team heading into this busy roster-building period. One of the players who’s been talked about so much already this offseason would be perfect moving to an AFC rival.
Buffalo Bills Trade for Tee Higgins
Both Amari Cooper and Mack Hollins are hitting free agency, leaving Buffalo as one of just 12 teams with under $20 million devoted to the position ahead of 2025.
Look, Khalil Shakir is right at home as a shifty slot maven, and Keon Coleman was impressing with his opportunities before a midseason wrist injury largely doomed him the rest of the way. Still, it was clear during the team's latest playoff loss to Kansas City that a true difference-maker was needed on the outside—nothing about this passing game was overly easy all season long. Overall, the Bills ranked just 27th in average Open Score among its qualified WRs and TEs; nobody was consistently creating separation for Allen.
Enter: Tee Higgins, whose blend of contested-catch goodness and YAC beastliness would provide Allen with essentially the guy the team is hoping Coleman can one day become. The longtime stud Bengal turned 26 in January and is fresh off catching a career-high 10 TDs in just 12 games.
A big swing? Sure, but one is needed to avoid, you know, losing to the Chiefs every January.

🚚 Yes, Sam Darnold and Matthew Stafford could be on the move. But can we get Jameis a job?
🤔 Tom Brady met with Matthew Stafford? Interesting.
👀 What is the Saints plan at QB? Here’s the latest.
👻 A QB controversy is brewing in Indy. Who is the mystery challenger?
🤼 Let’s get some sumo guys to New England. They need the help.
🚀 Imagine Jayden Daniels with another pass catcher … the sky’s the limit ahead of 2025.
📈 Ashton Jeanty at the 2.8? That may be too low come August.
