2 Dream Spots For Remaining FAs
I refuse to discuss Aaron Rodgers in this space until he actually signs with a team, but there are two other free agents who I am very interested in seeing where they land.
Despite having solid seasons in 2024, both Keenan Allen and J.K. Dobbins are still without a team.
Their prices have plummeted accordingly—180 ADP for Allen, 191 ADP for Dobbins—but I think both still have paths to fantasy relevance.
In a recent piece for ESPN, Matt Bowen highlighted his best team fits for each, but I think we can dream bigger.
Bowen floated the Cardinals for Allen, which would be a great add for Arizona but a pretty poor location for fantasy purposes. We want Allen somewhere he can soak up targets, which would be tough to do behind Marvin Harrison Jr. and Trey McBride.
Pete’s Perfect Fit For Keenan Allen: Commanders. Wouldn’t this be awesome? They don’t have a strong WR3, and neither of the top two options (Terry McLaurin on the outside, Deebo Samuel as the joker) are target hogs. I think Allen would feast over the middle with Jayden Daniels slinging it.
As for Dobbins, Bowen actually suggested the Commanders. Again, with all due respect to Mr. Bowen, this wouldn’t be great for fantasy. Brian Robinson would still have a lock on early-down and goal-line work.
Pete’s Perfect Fit For J.K. Dobbins: Cowboys. Let’s stay in the same Division but head to Dallas. Dobbins would immediately be the best pure rusher on this team and give them an explosive element that Javonte Williams can’t provide. He would still need to hold off the rookie, Jaydon Blue, but he had no problem keeping Kimani Vidal on the bench last year.

A Late-Round WR Sleeper To Target …
Currently being drafted as the WR55 in early best ball drafts, second-year Bills wideout Keon Coleman is building an intriguing case to be an elite late-round sleeper in 2025.
Ian Hartitz broke it down:
“[Coleman] Appeared to be coming on strong with 4-125-0 and 5-70-1 performances in Weeks 7-8, but a midseason hand/wrist injury sidelined the second-round pick for four weeks, and he would only catch 10 total passes during his final seven games upon returning.
That said, Coleman sure seemed to earn Allen's trust as a jump-ball specialist (look at this!) and he also displayed some surprisingly fun after-the-catch ability on his way to joining some pretty damn good company to lead the position in Next-Gen Stats' YAC above expected per reception. The departures of Mack Hollins and Amari Cooper should solidify Coleman as a near-every-down player in 2025.”
